Our best room rates
Room prices, inclusive of breakfast and VAT range from £60 to £180 depending on size and time of year. You can check our latest rates with our availability checker on the right of this page.
Our rooms can be found advertised on a number of internet sites throughout the whole wide world because technology is a very clever thing. We get quiet days and busy days and we do therefore vary our rates a smidgen to keep up with supply and demand. Reminds us of college business studies.
We think our rack rates are fair, but obviously we have to compete with the big boys sometimes because they have very big arms that reach along way. What we can guarantee you is that our rates, live on our website, are the very best deals you can get. We want you to book direct through us and it only seems fair that that should be the very best deal. These rates are also valid if you call us now on 01202 301509. A few things to note before booking.....
We do have a two night minimum stay over the weekend, and a three night minimum over bank holidays. If it's a one night stay you are looking for over a weekend then the online booking page may tell you that we have no availability, so try two nights. You'll relax more too. We may be able to squeeze you in last minute for just one night if we have a cancellation, so just give us a call and we will try and help.
We do ask for a credit or debit card number to confirm your booking... just follow the steps on the booking page and all should become clear. One thing to keep in mind... if card details are entered incorrectly an 'error' message will appear. If you face any annoying messages that tells you your booking hasn't worked for whatever reason then please give us a call on 01202 301509 and we will help you. We are real people with brains which can be a bit better than a Bill Gates gizmo sometimes.
If you need to cancel your booking with us we will be sad, but as long as you let us know 72 hours before the day of arrival then we won't charge you anything. If we get less than 72 hours notice then we will do our best to re let your room, but if not then you will be charged for your first nights stay. Sorry, but we owe the bank a lot of money and they get grumpy if we don't give it to them ;-(
