New to the Urban Beach room portfolio is our 2 double bedroom boutique apartment. Located just 100 metres from the main hotel, you can still check in at reception, enjoy breakfast at the hotel and enjoy the same facilities as hotel guests. The apartment is on the fourth floor of an apartment block and there is no lift, so you do have to be willing to carry any luggage up four flights of stairs! However, once inside the apartment is very spacious, 1 master bedroom offering super King bed and 26 inch TV, 1 second double bedroom offering King size bed, 2 large bathrooms (1 ensuite), one with separate shower and bath and one with shower over bath, a large lounge with corner sofa and large 3 seater sofa, dining table for four, 37 inch TV with Sony Surround sound and sky plus & DVD player, kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, ice maker, gas hob and double oven. All pots and pans, crockery, cutlery etc are provided. The apartment also comes with its own designated off road parking space.
The apartment can sleep a maximum of four and is let for a minimum of two nights. All linen, toiletries and towels are provided and a chambermaid cleans the apartment each day in the same way as the hotel. Longer term corporate lets can be arranged. Please call the hotel for details.
A note on children:
Children are welcome at the apartment. It has a high chair waiting for you. Both rooms are big enough for an additional cot, and the larger room for an extra child’s z bed if required. However, don’t forget about the four flights of stairs and carrying the little monkeys!!
